Great customer service and sales skills in a retail environment with good phone manners. Great problem solving skills. Work well in a friendly, fast paced team environment. Effective time management. Role: Repairing Smartphones and Tablets. The most common repairs are screen repairs on iPhones and iPads. Other repairs include buttons, speakers, charging ports, water damage etc. The right candidate will have experience in repairing screens on iPhones, iPads, Samsung, HTC etc. Diagnosing and resolving faults for smartphones and iPads. Assisting customer enquiries in a retail environment and over the phone. Typing Repair Forms, issuing invoices and accepting payment. Writing Daily and weekly Sales Totals. Tracking Inventory, sorting and packing stock. General administration and data entry of jobs. Experience needed: 1 year minimum repairing smartphones and iPads. Part time and Casual positions can also be discussed. We offer a negotiable hourly rate plus a bonus per repair.
