#idea #whichStartupFounderHadSimilarSituation While starting startup company when you dont know your idea is really great. you dont how to find teammates, how to create team , how to hire people, how to reach customers, do customer interviews, find out customer pain paints, how to deliver the functionality, how to sell, how market, how to get press. how to grow, when to fire employee, when sell assets, when to scale down There might be some general rules , but some are specific to place(city, country, continent), industry, type of business, tye of customer, business strategy, based on your preference. It would be great to know what are the available options, decisions taken by founder why and when for what reason. If possible able to reach them (they will be your advisior, mentors, investor, vc, government, customer,.) To summarize findout startup founder who are more related to your situation
