ideal diet for people above 30 years. thanks suresh DIET PLAN On waking: 2 glass of water Breakfast (10:30 am): 2 slice of brown bread and glass of fruit juice + 2egg white Or 3 idli / 1 plain dosa with sambar/chutney + 1 fruit Or 1 cup of muesli oats/cornflakes with 1 glass of skimmed milk and 1 fruit + 2 egg whites Mid meal morning 12:00 pm: cup of green tea / 3-5 almonds Lunch (2:00 pm): 2 chapatti or 1 cup of rice with veg salad + sabji + dal and curd Tea (5:00.pm): cup of milk with horlicks or cup of green tea with 2-3 fiber biscuit Pre-workout meal 30 min before exercise: fruits/2-3 fiber biscuit/ juice/2 boil egg whites/ cup of sprouts Post workout: tender coconut water/buttermilk/juice/fruits Dinner (11:00pm): bowl of fruits or cup of oatmeal or 1-2 chapatti with veg sabji
