**if I can do it, Then ANYONE else Can do it Also ** Ran into a person from my past in tonights NA meeting. We did a lot of criminal activities together aswell as parting together. While I was In my addiction. I Listening to his sharing on his struggle and recent relapse and with knowledge of the program. I just had to push him and others Up, for bringing there asses back and not giving up on themselves or the Recovery process. Something , I dont want to know if I could do myself. (Relapse & come back) I am serious about my cleandate , my Recovery program and my New way of life today. Aslong as I keep going to Any lengths for Just ONE Day clean, using my tools of recovery EveryDay. I dont have to worry about myself Relasping. So I shared abit on how I have been able to overcome struggles in my recovery & ha e managed to vet 19 months of living clean , One day ata time. Sharing experiences, strengths & tried to have a message of Hope in it. Sharing about myself doing Everything that has been suggested to me , to stay clean and get to a place in my life with serenity and then able to keep it for Just today. All in all, the disease of addiction is REAL &The fight/struggle with chronic Relasping is tough. But when you use the program and dont do it by yourself. Recovery Is Very Possible & realer . I had to Just encourage all to Keep coming back. We are not Alone, recovery is A action program and I cant but WE can do it together. It was a Awesome meeting and the spirit of recovery was strong with everyone sharing.
