if kipawa was a prosecution lawyer and I defence laywer for James Nandwa , I will beat him with facts but because this is the court of public OPINION . he has triumphed . If we were to base our submissions on comparative analysis ie koops , olaba and Luc era , still Kipawa will fumble before the judges . If we were to do a situational analys on the the current form of top kpl clubs , Kipawa will have no grounds to incriminate Nandwa . did kipawa know for instance that the highest goals scored by a single player in the den have been scored under Nandwa ,
