if you didnt set jurisdiction in common law he[ Magistrate] can pretty much do what ever he wants. When you file the appeal you cannot submit any new evidence to the record. Add him to the suit, he has trespass on your property [Rights] and has denied you due process of law in violation of the 5th amendment. The oath he swears to says he will uphold the law of the land [ constitution] , the contract that says he will not infringe on the rights of the people. Officers of the court have no immunity, when violating a Constitutional right, from liability for they are deemed to know the law [Owens v Independence 100 S.C.T. 1398] The first three words of the Constitution are “We the People” and this was, quite obviously, no mistake. The federal constitution was carefully crafted to establish limits on government by and under the authority of the People. This places the People, as the creators of both the constitution and the government, in a position of authority over their creations . In our land the People are the king and public agencies, including the courts, exist to aid the people in the conduct of their business . Further, it is well established at Law that the King’s Bench IS THE JURY (grand or petit). Only the king or the sovereign people can be the tribunal and the magistrate is bound to obey that authority.
