if you follow my posts youll know that im keenly interested in food production and nutrition; i read and listen to a lot on the subject. this interview was a new articulation of a perspective i think ive understood more intuitively and implicitly until now: that is, that we dont have a culture of cuisine in north america, in which our diets would be primarily based on what the land in our near surroundings would support. very interesting (and also mouthwatering) discussion here. Denise, Joshua, Bronwen, Carly, Jeremy - I think youll find this of particular interest!
