. . . if you scroll all the way down through the newsletter you will find information about Saginaw County ~ in light of the recent release of the 2012 save rates for S.C.A.C.C. you can see that Mr. Wilken is not improving but rather getting worse so in other words saving fewer animals than the last director did..... what a shame. He has more funding than people realize, he had (past tense) more volunteers than the old director.... he is plain and simple the wrong person for the job.
