im better today, thank you for asking. i was in such a foul mood yesterday that i couldnt even tell you the dauntingly stupid thing i did that would have made you cringe and laugh and shake your head at me. im better now, so here goes. umm, wow. this is really stupid, so brace yourself. (and painful) i was boiling corn in a state of relative undress. no protective garments, at least. not that cooking necessitates that - for the most part. anyway, so the pot with the lid on it was steaming mightily with the corn in there almost done. so i absent mindedly got close to the pot which had a small gap between the lid and the base: just enough so a jet of scalding hot steam was escaping with some force out the side. and well... i steamed my nipple. yep, a nipple burn. i gotta tell ya, i have never felt anything like it. frankly, it still hurts. those of you with nipple rings: i never understood it, but now i really dont. those little guys are just so sensitive. so yeah, my bad mood went from pissy to full bore killer rampage. but i was really just mad at myself. like i said, im better now. of course, my nipple is still angry at me. but i cant really blame it. ouch.
