im haveing a really bad couple weeks Iv been having panic attacks for 5days now i feel like im going nutz iv tried everything to try and make it go away but maybe it wont intill i make some serious changes in my life.Im sorry to all my friends and family that i pushed u away while im going through this because i probaly need them now more than ever.I feel like everthing i love is falling apart and im stuck on fight or flight.Im also having a hard time watching my dog go threw this its killing me to watch and im torn.Iv delt with lose in my life and i dont understand how they all just leave me so easy.im overwelemd and dont no where to start to try to clean out house.
