im having my wcat file reopened,,on the grounds of my spinal surgery in 2008 as new medical evidence,,as well ,,all the decisions ,in wcb disclosure files from 1989 on,were based on insufficient evidence ,and that cprails claims department ,is still illegally with holding my 1988 accident reports from my DR and from wcat and wcb,,in 1988 on bc surfacing and ballast gang for cprail,,i was pulling out old rail way ties from under the track,, and the hand held tie tongs slipped off the tie i was pulling on,and i fell back over the bank on to our gangs rail rack ,,with new rails on it,,the accident report was taken properly,stating in that accident report a red scrape from my right lower butt cheek half way up my back,,also it was properly noted in the accident report that there were right lower muscle spasms happening in my lower right side of my back,,were i had taken the main impact from the fall,,i was given no proper medical treatment,,the injury happened on the tracks west of Banff Alberta ,are gang car living quarters were sitting in the siding east of the town of Cocorne Alberta,,THE 1988 injury report was submitted to cprails claims department in 1988,,
