im not sure why but my Dad is on my mind tonight. (watching rocky movies reminds me of him) i guess because he and i would go down the street to his friends (in the war together and didnt make it back) Dads house to watch boxing - yes boxing - it used to be the highlight of the week. he was quite the guy! he battled in wwII, wounded, received purple heart, i think silver star, a sergeant, i lived the military life growing up as he continued with the army depot until he retired. im not sure i would have it any other way… love you tons Dad! miss you! we were men..
