im only 32 but when i was younger i was expected to respect our elders open a door for someone and do chores under no circumstances would i throw temper tantrums act like a drama queen refuse to do chores or sslam doors or be disrespectful there would have been severe consequences parents correct your kids when they need it and again i say this be a role model for them also let them know that misbehaving or tantrums will not be tolerated
