im remlani and what am i doing in the call center? i take customer calls for the most in demand clinic in al khaleej st. helping them to booked for appointment to the doctor they requested,disputes,payments and answering general question about the status of the health care card in the likes of daman,axa,nas and whatever kalorkz cards..and as well contact information changes among others. some customers patients are nice and some are not and many of them though are obnoxiously demanding and incredibly impatient;they feel intitled to instant 'magic' solutions. barely have i recovered from one verbal onlaught than comes another tempest from others,well supposedly dissatisfied customers patient who demand explanation right away! right now ! yet this patient customer refuse to listened to a word i say ...how is an explanation given to someone who refuse to listened? kalorkz divah ??, so i continue working the night shift 4-12am to last this long for two years now and it end on august 31 and yes september 1 is to start my holiday tell october 10..well anyway i have to learned to control my mindset and i am here for money and wherelse you can get in the pinas a starting salary of {secret nga eh hehehehe] but the stress level are incredibly high..kaya carry lang....
