im so pathetic. im still searching.....im still waiting.... im still hoping that im going to find music. i dont wanna be one of those people that only listen to the same music i enjoyed as a kid. i R E A L L Y try to have an extremely open mind. i still find myself searching....and searching...and sifting through band after band.....video after video.....ive even tried (once again) speed/death/slash/black/viking/heavy metal..... and i just can get into it. the hardest and heaviest i can go is slipknot,mudvayne.....and most recently gojira. i mean ive found a few good bands that ive been getting into like red fang and mastodon and even clutch. but theres just so much garbage. ive tried interpol,bullet for my valentine,theory of a dead man,avenged sevenfold,my chemical romance,as i lay dying,lamb of god,the devil wears prada,mumford and sons,dream theater,and a shitload of bands that i wont even bother mentioning. its all crap! im still stunned at how hard it is to find good music these days. all i got is my coheed,the deftones,nine inch nails,cky (hopefully),slipknot,and thats about it! with the exception of the foo fighters or weezer or korn which when i hear it....its like eh...... but i dont hate it. also muse is pretty good.....but i dont know.... i want something different! something that kicks ass! theres nothing!
