imagine all the stars in the milky way galaxy are grains of sugar. it would take a 750 cubic foot (pretty good sized) box van filled full to the rim to hold them all, packed together as such. the nearest star to our sun is 4.37 light years away (more than 24,000,000,000,000 miles). scientific models currently project there to be as many as 500 billion galaxies in the universe. that quite a few box vans full of sugar. enjoy.
