in MEMORY of ZIBONELE ZAMANI KHUZWAYO 1981-2007 Born in Nquthu on the 26th July 1981, Zibonele Zamani Khuzwayo also knows as Muhle was the first born of the late Bhekuyise and Mkhoso Khuzwayo. his musical career began when he started composing songs at the early age of 12 years while walking around with a self made guitar emulating or imitating his late uncle, Mahawukela, who was already in Johannesburg and proving to be a success in the local music music industry. after recognizing his talent Muhle bought a guitar and started playing his own compositions around Nquthu, Kwazulu-Natal Arriving in Gauteng Khaya, Muhle and his cousin Mgqumeni got together and formed a group which they called Izinsizwa zakwaMseleku, recording their first album entitled izonoin 1999. after the death of his uncle in 2000, out of respect Muhle and Mgqumeni continued to work with other members of his uncles stable keeping the name Mahawukela a strong memory. under the confident leadership of Muhle the groups Umlamu wami, Amatshitshi amhlophe, Abafana bakaMahawukela and Ubuhle beGubazi went from strength to strength. Between 2001 and 2007 Muhle continued recording, perfoming and assisting artists on some of the best Maskandi albums around and as a legacy he has left us with a series of albums that we will never forget. ......Amatshitshi amhlophe..... 1. ufile umuntu 2. usefile 3. inqola 4.
