in case i havent mentioned it lately, it sure is amazing to feel great almost all the time again. almost. still banging out the fine details, but my energy and strength are WOW different. my abilities are returning to me. my body is functioning more and more like it should with less and less pain to manage. im taking far less medicines and eating quite a bit more of a variety of risk foods but with magnificently better results. its SO amazing. oh yes it is. thanks, God. you rock.
