in latin America slavery ended earlier than in the united states by at least 200 years. and slavery on the islands was for gold . not a company that runs forever like cotton that is made for clothing witch we all need for ever. once the gold was gone the slaves were really abandoned and a few try to hold on to slavery but what for. no cotton produces in the tropics so the slaves became more like indentured farmers cause all the work revolved around farming once gold was gone, in the south of America those wealthy owners were using people as machines,so they didnt want it to end , cause once a machinecome in with modernism machines could do the work. then slaves really arent needed so they would have to let all free.slavery is cause of lack of technology at the time and some people were lazy and abusive and wanted to use humans like machines with out paying ..wow make money but dont pay a salary...... all of latin America had slavery it just ended way earlier than in united states cause farming isnt as brutual and work gets done. making clothing doesnt it is forever makes money world wide cause of us humans...wear clothing .....sheets pillows coats ..so anger isnt there between the races in latin America cause there were a few hundred years of willing intermixing so love comes out of that. theres more like economic resentment. but kkk stuff that dont excist .......never will.....among latinos .......when I went to Dominican republic it was odd that all the weding I saw were between really dark man or women with very pale snow white man or women. and the kids ranged from halle berry to Wesley snipes to Leonardo dicario to mindi to al pacinos skin tones ,just rainbow of skin tones and color eyes.its like they are creating mestizos mulatos just like brazil theres very very pretty brown eyes. .... thats short history why latinos arent furiuous at the Spaniards cause we are Spaniards too.... we carry there blood from Europe along with TAINO NATIVE AMERICAN BLOOD...it starts with taino ..... West .African...Fulani wooloffs .....and there is the cherry on top......to make us today American Latinos Hispanics Spanish speakers what ever. its is we are called . but I am American Americano.
