in my opinion i say the losing coach should come over. but theres good and bad about both guys. for hamilton the good is that he could SERIOUSLY help this offense. to me the O needs more help than the D even though both sides needs help. it scares me to take the risk on another coach that has no experience. noone wants another allen. but remember a guy before him in ariens? what the guy is doing in ARI? we could get lucky and get an Ariens or fail and get another allen. its a HUGE risk. on the flip side between the 2 del rio has the experience. having a former HC and a great defensive coach could help our D. and give us that experience. for either coach its LARGELY risk/reward. now just because a coach does good for one team DOESNT mean they will be as great on ours or another team hence the risk/reward. theres as much good as there is bad for both guys. but either way we dont know if our hire would pay off or not. one things for sure i dont mind who our next HC is as long as no more tarver and olson. olson at the least. ultimately we dont know until next season starts ~BQ
