.....in spritual realm we have plenty of enemies, the evil Spirit are our enemies...they feed on our soul.... Why do Jesus say pray without ceasing lest you will fall into temptation....it was not that easy for Jesus to take that cross...and so he said to his disciple keep watch and pray...though Jesus is God...but in human flesh he was as weak as us..to focus on his goal to save mankind...he was praying to Father almighty ..he knew the hardship he was going to go through ....and he said Father If you will take this cup of suffering away from me .not my will however but your will be done...then the Almighty father sent an angel to strengthen him..in great anguish he even prayed fervently ; his sweat was like a drop of blood falling to the ground... This is how Jesus defeated the enemy at... the foot of the calvary ..... If our saviour had to pray so do we, lest we will fall into temptation... Apostle Paul say we have to put on the whole armour ..the belt of truth , breastplate of righteousness ,footgear of zeal,shield of faith, helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit ..The moment you stop praying , stop reading the word ...you soul decay , depleted , your body start responding to sinful way of life....see the evil want to do evil and they have no flesh of their own....and they are our enemies....when we have Jesus we need to pray hard we need to grow in our spritual life because now we are their enemy ,we are the cause of their destruction,the glory of God enlighten us ...whereever we tread it belongs to us ,we have authorities over the powers of darkness...but for all you need to grow spritually in Jesus....you have to spend time in prayers , read the word, the more you read the word the more you grow in faith....write your prayers what you want to pray ,for whom you want to pray...rebuke the thoughts that our sinful in Jesus name, plead the blood of Jesus when you feel you are not in the right spirit....The word clearly say that they overcame with the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony....
