Do not agree with this though ITIL regards CSI to be a separate process, whereas the other methodologies consider continuous improvement to be part of the (business as usual) process. In ITIL, CSI is very much an integral part of every other process, and a separate book shows the importance of this, rather than the isolation of CSI. I could be mistaken of course.
