inner Idea! ☀☀☀Pancit with Pork, A Simple Recipe☀☀☀ by Lorna @ Zujava INGREDIENTS 1 pack Family Long Rice ( on sale @ TIMES this week, ends 9/24/2013 ) 2 pounds Sterling Silver® pork 4 pcs. carrots, peeled, sliced thinly 1 medium onions, chopped 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups chopped celery 1 cup green beans sliced thinly 2 tablespoon cooking oil 2 Knorr® cubes Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoon soy sauce ( I forgot to include soy sauce in my picture) 2 1/4 cups of water or pork stock DIRECTIONS In a stock pan boil the pork until cook, let it cool and slice into small pieces. Set aside. Keep the pork stock to be used in the recipe. Prepare the Long Rice: In a large bowl, soak noodle for 3 minutes, drain, set aside. In a wok or deep pan, saute onions in cooking oil, add the powder garlic, and stir. Add in pork and stir until browned. Add 1/2 cup of water with 1 knorr cubes, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove pork from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the pork stock and bring it to boil. Blanch the celery, green beans, and carrots for 3 minutes. Take it out of the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the rice noodle (pancit), salt and pepper and soy sauce. Cook in medium to low heat. Stir until cook or when water is fully absorbed, about 10 minutes In the same pan, add the rice noodle (pancit), salt and pepper and soy sauce. Cook in medium to low heat.
