insidemovies.ew Josh Hutcherson has been in the mainstream spotlight lately with movies like The Hunger Games and his Journey to the Center of the Earth sequel, but now he’s lined up an independently produced film that he calls “a passion project.” The film, called Ape, is a psychological thriller that Hutcherson will star in and produce. Miguel Sapochnik (Repo Men) is set to direct the movie described as “a dramatic tale of a young man’s struggle with mental illness, love and a deep-rooted family secret.” [The Wrap]
