#inspireFriday had an excellent productive meeting on Thursday with the ALS Association- Michigan Chapter. The beginning of a new relationship. I appreciate the education on ALS. The ice bucket challenge is everywhere and continues to raise money while bringing awareness to ALS. ALS also known as Lou Gehrigs disease has not had the awareness like this in 75 years. I encourage everyone to Google ALS and do some reading. There will also be lots of events for the month of September in Flint/Genesee County that will lead up to the ALS Association walk taking place in October.
