instead of trying to fill the financial hole that has been created by this and previous elected deputies (most still in power after re-elected multiple times), why do the states not invest in full understanding of what created the hole in the first place and stem damage from there instead of taxing us all in whatever inventive ways they can, just until the next crisis in financial mismanagement happens, and another increase in tax, insurance, leather footwear, breathing air and whatever else they think we will sit back and take.
