interested in The Eternal Wonder a Pearl Buck novel that has come out of nowhere, I loved her writing of The Good Earth it was a very good novel and gave extreme insight into world history in 1931 in China. I really think people should read that book. And once married she had a mentally retarded child Carol (diagnosed with PKU) and she lived 72 years. A very interesting perspective I have on this woman. What power to be so young to grow up in China from 1880 to 1930 and write about it and have so many situations happen to her. I think everyone should read really read The Good Earth. Its a great book.
