international aid may be the only way out as after numerous meetings in Kashmir with the state as well as central government as part of SERF or KCSDS and our sojourn presently in NEW DELHI makes me more convinced that the government needs on its own allow international aid and financial intervention through banks like ADB OR WORLD BANK then only the possibility of rebuilding is possible in the way we want it and I quote from javid iqbal sahib article on hazrat sheikh noordin wali the following which is relevant to us today Guft Rumi Har Banayai Khunah Ki Abadan Kunand Mi Na Dunee Awal Unn Buniyad Ra Vayran Kunand!
