is it too much to ask to be a part of a project like Raging bull.. something iconic, a film I can do now but years or decades from now someone will watch and still feel something as if it was the first time it was seen.. I want to be a part of something gritty, raw .. I want to put out work that speaks to someone.. something that stands the test of time.. real emotions on film.. just give all you got to portray a character for which you spend the time learning.. From the depths of this characters mind set... why they do what they do, why they think what they think... to what past experiences caused the hurt they feel or the reasons behind the choices they are due to make.. because honestly you cant make art unless you have life and I want my art to be true to what Ive seen in life, because in the end you then will have an overall more relatable project and that is what captures your audience.. even if Im just capturing their emotions for two hours.
