is thankful that in a society of external superficiality there are still those who remind each other of the importance behind internal beauty. Attended a purification of the heart gathering and it was far beyond a blessing. How amazing a thing that our Creator put a natural indicator of right and wrong into the center of our very being. The heart is comforted by good, and by bad it is disturbed. It holds millions of neurons that message your brain to direct intellect during different matters. The heart constructs your intentions and assembles your behavior. It is the source of your strength, but also the place where your conviction can waiver. The heart holds your conscience and secrets untold. It is involved in the warm tears you shed when youre happy, and when youre sad- the cold. The heart is linked to character and perception as much as any breathing thing is. Off nothing but the remembrance of God does it live. Be careful to monitor its delicate state, as it changes rapidly. Evaluate it much, because it is connected to the elements for which you will be judged eventually. There is a piece of flesh in the body if it is sound the whole body is sound but if it is spoilt the whole body is spoilt. Truly, it is the heart. -Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)
