Bloombergs ridiculous law encouraged a big brave over exercised NYPD cop to enforce the tax by strangling this man to death on the sidewalks of New York City in full public view! I guess the corrupt NYC pols need the extra tax to keep themselves in cocaine and hookers? This is DEFINITELY an injustice calculated to incite riot.
