it 2015. I actually went to bed at 930 last night so I could get up and get my morning cardio in this morning and than start working on prep plans today. So that being said prep is starting now. And I think some of you are going to be very excited this prep season as I have decided to try some new things and have developed a ton of new training programs to meet more overall fitness areas. What that means is, if you enjoy high intensity training (in which I do not, I would rather walk the treadmill every morning watching sports center because I have no desire to hike a hill or sprint) but if you do I have a prep plan for you, If you are a CROSSFITTER (yes a crossfitter) I have a prep plan for you, I developed a hybrid crossfit/prep program that covers the basics of crossfit as well as including some days in the gym doing more bodybuilding type workouts to still create a symmetrical physique, If you are a crossfitter and want to keep enjoying crossfit as well as do a show than I have a prep plan for you (what do you think about that Leah Dolan and Dustin Bryant) If you are short on time because your schedule is pretty crazy but still want to do a show than I have some shorter workouts in the gym that are built to give you the best of weights and conditioning at the same time. If you are like me and just enjoy the old school, conventional bodybuilding than of course I have a program for you. But my point to this prep season is going to be that however you like to train is fine with me and I will build you a training program to meet those needs and the trade off is going to be this: Is you have to be 100% on your diet because that is the key.
