it boggles the mind that the voices of so few can be louder than the voices of millions...that because of advanced acronyms and education the decision of a few can overcome that of millions. Justice is supposed to be blind...however most can already guess which side each of the nine will take on social issues...not because of the facts...but because of their known ideological and moral leanings...for all those who proclaim equality as the core law of the land what makes the word of one in a robe worth more than one in a suit, or dress, or jeans, or sweats? How easy it is to bend words to fulfill our own desires...and to interpret what we observe through our own tainted lenses and call it so. I am concerned...not for the ultimate outcome, but for the welfare of the millions that will be affected along the way. Thoughts?
