it is a good thing i decided to repost this status...many who had forgotten are now remembering my pleas for books ..children ages 5-12/13 ..it is a church school so some parents may not like harry potter and things about witches even if allegorical but otherwise dr seuss ...lots would be nice but the postage can get expensive that is why used books or just one or two will do ..i am working with slow learners i dont mind repeats ..this is not for the school library..i want to be able to lend/give some books if a child conquers a really important phase..i have one girl who likes people to read to her she is almost ten,very intelligent, but thinks she is a baby so i want to find books that she really likes and reward her with a new book if she masters the confidence to read for herself and understand..i also have one or two classic dyslexic children i am concentrating on ways to help them conquer the disability..also to help myself understand(since this is not my area of expertise..mind you i am not sure if i have one lol)
