it was a warm one today, lol. havent seen the weather report but in my yard at one point it was 96. I worked and gathered all the tree limb art for my morning glories and when I went out the gate this morning on vine was wrapped around the gate, lol, a whole forest inches away. they sure are growing, I had a picture in my mind and not sure it would work, but as its coming together, it might surpass my little dream. I got the report from my doctor from the Cervical and Lumbar Mirs. It really is more serious than I had ever thought. I have had back problems since I was a kid with several bad injuries that received no treatment. The problems run from C1 to T1. Advanced cervical arthritis multilevel degenerative disc disease, bone spurs pinching nerves and 2 budging discs. The problem causing my neck/shoulder pain is serious, the bulge is pushing on my spinal cord. I have scoliosis in my lumbar, 4 bulging discs meaning all of them. Actually am grateful for a high tolerance to pain and my faithful Aleve. Father, thanks for another day, what a gift. Sometimes we just dont have the words to express the love we have for You. Bless all of those Great Spirit that we came in contact with today. You know some of us dont ask for ourselves, we are here before You asking for them. amen good night
