it was dec 8 2000 I was on my way to a gaming convention when I first heard this song why it hit me so hard I dont know but, thats when it hit me, this would be my moms last christmas, later that night I got a phone call from my sister we were bringing hospice in to help thats when I knew, I still didnt want to accept it then dec 20th my sister told me to go see my mom in hospice, I said goodbye, dont know if she heard me I hope so, I told her, that her baby boy would be all right, that night around 11:30 I got the phone call my mom had passed, its been 14 years and it still feels like yesterday. Anyone that knew her, knew how how she loved and made the holidays special, cookies, fudge, carols playing house decorated, I ask my self could I have been a better son, did I put more pressure on her then needed, I dont even remember if I told her I loved her, I was always to embarrassed, I hope she knew how much she ment to me I miss you mom, I miss you youtu.be/MpkI7GW2V34
