its a mental disease that makes them insane. power, impunity & immunity along with people under the same influence bolstering eachothers egos & delusions. there are no good cops as long as they refuse to cross the thin blue line. when they act like it doesnt happen they become accessory to the crime. anytime a legit complaint come through there should be a fin to be taken out of the police budget. the chiefs will clean up fast if their money is threatened.
