its a very sad news to the people of mangaldai, mangaldai civil hospital is giving blood to their patient from a professional blood doner who is a HIV +ve. mangaldai civil hospital taking blood from this doner since last 3 yrs, and he has donated to more than 80 patients, among them, few are femal patient also. there are 5 test to be done befor donating blood, but our hospital staff were doing only 2 test and giving certificate to that HIV +ve doner. now 10 person who had taken blood from him were found HIV +ve til today and the rest are still coming for their test.
