its about 8 weeks to Christmas a lovely harmonious time of the year and then follows New Year where we make our resolutions, we may keep them we may not. I love the new year sales and this year I am going to be able to get all those little sizes I could only look at before. How did I do this the 90 day challenge made me adjust my eating habits, still eating food I have dropped 2 sizes in jeans. If you want those bargains next year join me on loseitat.bodybyvi.
