its funny how my boss is always saying how she wishes she had a better staff. People are best lead by example. I believe it is the poor management and training that has lead to the rest of us lacking in certain areas. Prime example: I had my 2 days off, as normal, (the Assistant manager works my 7-3 shift when i am off) i come in to do my normal routine. I wanted to see how my days off went and about half of the paper work was not finished, emails went unanswered, there was several voice mails..... yet i am the one who has to hear it every morning. By the end of my shift i catch up for everyone and still get all my own stuff done, why cant our wonderful assistant?.... every one i work with has had years in the hospitality industry and they are still struggling? it seriously baffles me. I want to work with professionals already.... Time to start looking for a more suitable day job.
