@jackson lokai,i dont blame,but they need to learn from their neighbours i.e samburu wa gatab,rendille and gabra,the parents are illiterate too but they chose the education way,as a way to eliminate poverty,like right now u tell them to enroll watoi kwa shule,theyll do it in few months then wanawatoa,and no one tells u.so u see they refuse to learn from their neighbours.and illiteracy is the biggest contributer of poverty in our region. I pose a question to you guys how can we let them know that education is vital to our region?
