The second is Tokyo Sky Tree (610m) and the third is Canton Tower (600m) in China. Tokyo Sky Tree was start being developed from September 2008, and its target is try to become the highest building in the world. However, Khalifa Tower was start being built from 2009, even Tokyo Sky Tree knows that it wouldnt be the highest building its still continue its work, how a dramatic fate.
