jeremiah was not popular , the task of a prophet of god is often characterized,by loneliness an despair, jeremiah had no choice but to tell the thruth , he knew that it was the truth that would set sinners free, he was also aware that hiding the truth would bring futher destruction, jeremiah had a compassion for those who were decieved , but he also had passion to let the decieved know there were consequences for turning away from god an serving thier gods , he also understood that history had a pattern of repeating itself , he knew what had happened in the past an he knew what would occur when the children of Israel refused to hear god an his word he could see his colleagues an friends falling into the same trap! we see many falling into the traps of satan many are being decieved , god is sending prophets an messages an people still are refusing to heed gods word , satan brings little sins an intices people with those then you began to become decieve then those sins began to grow an before you know you are in a web of sin , you think you can hide them an that no one will know them , but we serve a god that knows all an sees all jeremiah was called to give warnings to the people just like many of us are called by god , its time to get the sin out of your lifes , because when god gets enough of it he will reveal it !
