To return 8 year old boy, 16 year old girl and 55 year old mother to their 129 Glendower Circuit home located in Scarborough, Ontario.we find it appalling that a 8 year old would be thrown into the streets of this city/province/country. Especially under these circumstances. I condemn the police officer involved in this order for blatantly violating the Toronto police services code of conduct. Furthermore, I am disappointed that the Ontario Divisional Courts and importantly the justice system would have made such an order that blatantly trampled on the rights of this child, his sister and his mother not to mention the youth involve.This women son was ordered by the Ontario Court of Justice to live at the Scarborough residence, so how could the Ontario Court of Justice now just stand by and watch this whole family go through such an embarrassing experience? This is just one of the many examples that the Government system clearly cannot be trusted and have no care for the well-being of people such as the poor and poverty stricken such as this family.who reside in low-income communities and need the assistance that the Government has repeatedly sworn to provide. The facts are that even though this women son was obeying a Ontario Court of Justice order which told him to reside at the 129 Glendower Circuit residence, his family has now been evicted. For what reason? for obeying a court order..please right the wrong and return this family back to there home forthwith Great blessing to all and we ask the attorney general of Ontario to intervene and “Return this family back to their home!!”we ask mpp sue wong to protect the rights of these children to housing and education and return these children back to there home forthwith it has been 1 week + since these children have been homeless that is homelessness may be acceptable in toronto yet i do not believe the people of ontario will condole forcing children into homelessness when we could prevent that by returning this family home...
