#journalismfail Donald Rumsfeld (of whom I am not a particular fan) said this: “We have status of forces agreements probably with 100, 125 countries in the world,...This administration, the White House, and the State Department, have failed to get a status of forces agreement. A trained ape could get a status of forces agreement. It doesn’t take a genius.” The Huffington Post (on which I do not rely for my news) ran this headline: Donald Rumsfeld: A Trained Ape Would Be Better At Foreign Policy Than Obama How exactly do we get to an intelligent debate in this country if this is what passes for journalism? Hmmmm.....
