jus wanna check in with a HP shout out for always havin my back & blessing me with a graceful heart.....i had a really fun time this weekend at Lakefest. it was my 1st campout where i took the reigns & held it down for myself...liberating for sure...yet infused with a lil bittersweetness... i love my process of recovery & life...at the same time am caught off guard by how grief can creep in when i feel i have moved to the next level of healing....its a message...& in more ways than one it is clear to see & feel that things are not always as they appear to be...im diggin deep & being as thorough as i can humanly be....layers upon endless layers are being peeled back in an endless cycle of healing......i will continue to pray for willingness, love, humility, grace & authenticity in how i show up in my world & with the people in my life near & far........aaand breath in the sweet life God has seen fit for me to live....
