just a topic, but i think they should start drug testing everyone who is on welfare. Lets put on our diplomacy hats and speak from an objective standpoint without a forum degenerating into personal attacks and circumstantial opinions. The fact is, only a small percentage of drug users are described as problematic users. Consider the individual working full- time but whom also requires assisted living to pay for their children. If they test positive on a drug test -- even though they are not a problematic user -- what will happen to them? Their assistance will be cut-off and their children will be herded into an already overly-crowded CFS system? This idea is simply not feasible.
