just because the USA, or any other government has, or has not made certain legislation does not make a particular action criminal or not . . . . Law is superior to legislation . . . any legislation which is UNLAWFUL (causes harm or injury), enacted KNOWINGLY by any parliament in the world, renders that parliament a CRIMINAL parliament . . . it is UNLAWFUL to pay for crime to be committed, therefore if the government is criminal, it is unlawful to pay ANY TAX in that country, until that government ceases its criminal behaviour . . . if the government persist in their criminal behaviour ~ which is destroying the PLANET ~ which members of the police, armed forces, secret services AND ALL THEIR KIDS, of EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD have to Live upon ~ along with the rest of us ~ then we will have the government ARRESTED and put in those nice new FEMA camps to grow organic carrots to feed the donkeys which we will train to kick their arses ! ! ! !
