just came back from the boxing gym today did 7 rounds of the ali jumprope it was suposed to be 10 but i tried i was tired sweating but did 2 rounds of shadow boxing 2 miles on the tredmill 4 rounds of bag work then benched 10 this more woke up at 5:00 in mornind jogged 10 laps around the track field yo if i really wanna box i got to losee weight then ya stamina builds up and you,ll get much taller bulids your endurance and i want those tight abs
