just checking in to let everyone know that i am doing okay. it is an honest challenge to do all of the steps at home but i really am doing what i can, when i can...and trying to keep pushing myself to do more. one amazing thing is that my phone hasnt stopped going off with texts, messages, calls from people who are so concerned and trying to help me find some options. i am really grateful and moved beyond measure to see the outpouring of love and support that people have been sending me. it is the biggest motivation that exists in my world :) i know that only i alone can do what needs to be done to recover but i really couldnt do it without you guys behind me. reading all of the comments that you all posted on the meal picture got me through...not a crumb was left behind. i know that i can do better than how i am doing right now but i also know that i can honestly say that i am trying really hard and putting forth an honest effort...especially since i dont have a treatment team pushing me at the moment !! i dont know what i ever did to be blessed with so many amazing, kind, caring people in my life both in the virtual reality and off the web but i thank G-d every day that He has placed such BEAUTIFUL people in my life...oh it brings tears to my eyes.
